An Egyptian mother choked her five-year-old child to death, cleaved his body into pieces, and cooked and ate portions of his head, neighborhood media provided details regarding Friday.
Subsequent to killing him, the 29-year-elderly person distinguished as Hanaa, purportedly beheaded him and consumed pieces of his head since she "needed him to remain with her eternity," news site Masrawy cited a security source as saying.
Police arrested Hanaa in the wake of finding her child's body parts in containers in her home in the city of Faqus in the governorate of Debris Sharqiyah.
Hanaa, who has been isolated from her better half for quite some time, purportedly let the police know that she didn't plan to murder her child, Youssef and that she "experiences a psychological instability" that drove her to kill him.
Procedures against her are progressing, Masrawy revealed, adding that Hanaa will go through a psychological assessment
