Depression is considered a very dangerous mental health problem among people. we can see that almost everyone is suffering from this disease. It really affects individual cognition negatively that a person thinks, feels, acts, and behaves adversely. It is a constant feeling of grief, hopelessness, and loss of interest in daily activities. At its high time, it can lead individuals toward suicide when it is not treated well.
